Role Overview:

Hiring AIML Engineer for Hyderabad Location. We are looking for an experienced professional to lead ground-breaking work in ML, NLP, and LLMs.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and deploy advanced GenAI and NLP solutions using state-of-the-art transformer models and LLMs.

- Lead research, evaluation, and integration of new LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini, Anthropic) and vector search technologies.

- Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems using vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma).

- Architect and implement agentic AI workflows using frameworks like LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI.

- Drive the development of high-quality NLP pipelines and scalable big-data pipelines.

- Optimize model inference, latency, and throughput.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities and mentor junior engineers.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or engineering.

- 10+ years of overall experience, with 7+ years in AI, ML, and/or NLP R&D.

- Must have experience in: Clinical Trials, FDA Dossier Preparation, Drug Discovery, LIMS (AI enablement), Lab Diagnostics, Lab testing, and Patient Schedule Optimization.

- Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP).

- Proven hands-on skills with repository management and GPU-based pipelines.
