Role Overview :

As an IT Security Analyst, you will serve as a critical guardian of our digital infrastructure, ensuring the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of enterprise data across our Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Pune operations. You will operate at the intersection of technical defense and strategic risk management, collaborating closely with cross-functional IT teams, compliance officers, and senior stakeholders to fortify our security posture. By proactively identifying vulnerabilities and managing complex Identity and Access Management (IAM) frameworks, you will directly influence our ability to scale securely, protecting our global client base from evolving cyber threats and ensuring seamless business continuity.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and maintain robust Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions to ensure that only authorized personnel have access to sensitive corporate assets, thereby minimizing the risk of internal and external data breaches.

- Execute comprehensive security audits and vulnerability assessments to identify potential weaknesses in our network and application layers, providing actionable insights to technical teams for rapid remediation.

- Monitor real-time security telemetry and incident logs to detect, analyze, and neutralize sophisticated cyber threats before they impact business operations.

- Partner with stakeholders to define and enforce security policies that align with global compliance standards, ensuring that our security framework supports both regulatory requirements and operational agility.

- Lead incident response efforts during security breaches, coordinating with internal teams to contain threats, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventative measures to bolster long-term resilience.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrate deep technical proficiency in managing enterprise-grade IAM platforms, including lifecycle management, privileged access governance, and multi-factor authentication protocols.

- Exhibit strong analytical capabilities in interpreting complex security data and translating technical findings into clear, strategic recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.

- Possess a proven ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, maintaining high levels of productivity and communication across distributed teams in Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Pune.

- Maintain a proactive mindset toward continuous learning, staying ahead of emerging threat landscapes and evolving security technologies to keep the organization's defenses ahead of the curve.

- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, complemented by professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent industry-recognized credentials.
