Position : Java Full Stack Developer

Work Location : Chennai (Work from Office / On-site)

About the Opportunity :

We are hiring for a growing product company and fintech client building robust lending infrastructure for banks and NBFCs. They are looking for a hands-on developer to join their core product team in Chennai to drive end-to-end product development from scratch.

Key Responsibilities :

- Full-Stack Development : Develop, test, and deploy scalable full-stack applications utilizing Java-based backend technologies and React.js for frontend interfaces.

- Architecture & Product Building : Contribute heavily to product development from scratch, including architecture design, setting coding standards, and core feature delivery.

- API Integration : Design, build, and maintain robust RESTful APIs and integrate seamlessly with third-party services.

- Performance & Security : Optimize application performance, ensure high security standards, and maintain responsiveness across services.

- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, QA, DevOps, and Product Owners in an Agile environment.

Required Technical Skills :

- Back-End Expertise : Strong core programming skills in Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate / JPA.

- Front-End Proficiency : Hands-on experience with React.js, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript / TypeScript.

- Database Management : Solid working knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) with strong query optimization skills.

- Development Tools : Familiarity with version control tools (Git) and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications & Tech Stack Bonus :

- Domain Experience : Prior project experience in the Banking, FinTech, or Lending domain.

- Advanced Architecture : Practical knowledge of Microservices architecture.

- Cloud & DevOps : Exposure to containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines/cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
