Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Mendix Lead Developer to provide technical leadership in designing, developing, integrating, and deploying enterprise-grade Mendix applications.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Mendix development, application architecture, enterprise integrations, and technical governance. The candidate will be responsible for driving technical decisions, ensuring application quality, mentoring developers, and delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

- 7+ years of overall software/application development experience.

- 5+ years of hands-on Mendix development experience.

- Previous experience as a Mendix Lead Developer, Technical Lead, or Senior Mendix Developer.

- Strong hands-on experience with the latest Mendix platform version.

- Mendix Advanced Developer Certification is mandatory.

- Mendix Expert Developer Certification is strongly preferred.

Technical Skills:

- Mendix application architecture and solution design.

- Domain modeling, microflows, and nanoflows.

- Application security and access-control configuration.

- Reusable modules and scheduled events.

- REST API development and integrations.

- SQL and relational databases.

- JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JSON, and XML.

- Working knowledge of Java for Mendix extensions and customizations.

- CI/CD, DevOps practices, and version control.

- Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Mendix Expert Developer Certification.

- Experience architecting and supporting multiple enterprise Mendix applications.

- Exposure to microservices and API-driven architectures.

- Experience with enterprise authentication and authorization mechanisms.

- Experience with Mendix platform upgrades and migrations.

- Experience designing reusable frameworks and common modules.

- Experience supporting business-critical production applications.

- Experience working with globally distributed onsite/offshore teams.

- Exposure to cloud-native architectures and enterprise integration patterns.
