Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced nCino Business Analyst with strong hands-on experience in the nCino Bank Operating System (BOS) and Salesforce platform.

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of banking processes and experience supporting nCino implementation and transformation initiatives across retail, commercial, or corporate banking.

The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to understand business requirements, analyse existing workflows, define functional solutions, and support the successful implementation of nCino-based solutions.

Strong business analysis, stakeholder management, and functional documentation skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities :

- Work as a Business Analyst on nCino implementation and enhancement projects across retail, commercial, or corporate banking.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to understand business needs and project objectives.

- Gather, analyse, validate, and document business requirements, functional specifications, and process workflows.

- Translate banking business requirements into functional designs and solutions using nCino and Salesforce capabilities.

- Analyse existing banking processes and identify opportunities for workflow optimization and operational improvements.

- Conduct gap analysis and impact assessments to identify differences between existing business processes and proposed solutions.

- Facilitate requirement-gathering workshops, stakeholder discussions, and functional walkthroughs.

- Work closely with development and configuration teams to ensure business requirements are accurately translated into technical solutions.

- Support solution validation and ensure delivered functionalities align with approved business requirements.

- Prepare and maintain business requirement documents, functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and other project documentation.

- Plan and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test scenarios, execution, defect tracking, and resolution.

- Collaborate with business users to validate implemented solutions and obtain feedback.

- Ensure that proposed solutions align with applicable banking regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.

- Provide post-implementation support and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 8 - 10 years of overall experience in business analysis, preferably within banking or financial services.

- 8+ years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce and nCino.

- Strong functional knowledge of the nCino Bank Operating System (BOS).

- Experience working on nCino implementation, configuration, enhancement, or transformation projects.

- Understanding of retail, commercial, or corporate banking processes.

- Strong experience in business requirement gathering, analysis, functional documentation, and process mapping.

- Knowledge of Salesforce functionalities and their integration with nCino banking solutions.

- Experience in gap analysis, impact assessment, UAT planning, and defect management.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to coordinate with business and technical teams and manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Good to Have :

- nCino certification.

- Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst certification.

- Experience working with global banking clients.

- Exposure to regulatory and compliance-driven banking projects
