About the Role:

We are looking for a Platform Engineer with hands-on experience in RSA Archer administration, configuration, development, and platform support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing platform configurations, implementing integrations, supporting business workflows, maintaining access controls, and driving continuous platform improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Configure and maintain assigned products or platforms, with a focus on RSA Archer.

- Participate in gathering business requirements and translating them into technical requirements and solutions.

- Design and implement integrations across multiple vendor-hosted applications using APIs and custom-developed solutions.

- Administer user security roles and profiles, including creating new roles, managing profiles, and maintaining prescribed access permissions.

- Design operational workflows and identify opportunities for process optimization.

- Explore new platform features to assess their suitability for strategic and tactical business requirements.

- Provide business and IT support for platform-related issues in collaboration with multiple teams.

- Configure or develop low-code solutions using vendor platforms.

- Document and implement change-control procedures and follow best practices for system maintenance, configuration, development, testing, and migration.

- Monitor application performance and implement improvements where required.

- Collaborate with engineering teams on platform development and support activities.

- Apply software engineering practices to develop automation solutions for manual processes.

- Drive innovative technology adoption, continuous improvement, teamwork, and effective collaboration.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Technology, or a related field.

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the technology domain.

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in RSA Archer administration and development within a large-scale enterprise environment.

- Strong experience in RSA Archer platform implementation, customization, integration, and operational support.

- Hands-on expertise in RSA Archer application configuration, workflow management, access controls, and platform governance.

- Strong working knowledge of RSA Archer solution design, module configuration, data management, reporting, and user support.

- Ability to gather, analyze, and synthesize information from multiple sources.

- Foundational understanding of engineering principles, technology platforms, operating systems, and emerging technologies.

- Basic coding or scripting knowledge and understanding of technology-domain monitoring practices.

- Experience with regression testing and smoke testing.

- Familiarity with industry-standard project management, work management, and reporting tools.

- Proficiency in the MS Office suite, including Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, and Visio.

- Working knowledge of SQL Server Management Studio, SSIS, SSRS, Visual Studio, and Power BI.

- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, research, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, data interpretation, and visualization skills.

Platform Ownership:

- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for RSA Archer.

- Drive platform strategy, configuration standards, and ongoing capability enhancements.

- Support platform stability, governance, and continuous improvement.
