Role Overview :

We are looking for a seasoned QA Tester to join our engineering team in Hyderabad, Pune, or Bangalore. In this role, you will be the guardian of our product quality, responsible for designing and executing robust automation frameworks that ensure seamless user experiences. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional product managers, developers, and DevOps engineers to integrate testing cycles into the CI/CD pipeline. By identifying critical bottlenecks and ensuring high-performance standards, you will directly influence the reliability of our platform and drive superior business outcomes for our global client base.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Playwright or Selenium to accelerate release cycles and improve overall test coverage.

- Design and execute comprehensive API testing suites using Python and FastAPI to validate backend integrity and ensure high-performance data exchange.

- Partner with development teams to identify, document, and track complex bugs, ensuring that technical debt is minimized before production deployment.

- Mentor junior team members on best practices in test automation and quality assurance to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

- Analyze system requirements and user stories to create detailed test plans that align with business objectives and technical specifications.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building end-to-end automation solutions using Playwright or Selenium, with a proven ability to adapt frameworks to evolving project needs.

- Strong proficiency in Python and FastAPI for developing automated API tests and integrating them into automated testing workflows.

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Proven ability to work effectively in a hybrid or office-based environment, collaborating across distributed teams to meet aggressive project timelines.

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, complemented by a track record of delivering high-quality software in fast-paced environments.

- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence quality standards across the organization and advocate for the end-user experience.
