About the job :

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer with 4 - 6 years of hands-on experience developing and customizing Salesforce applications. The candidate should be proficient in Apex, Lightning Web Components, integrations and Salesforce configuration.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Flows.

- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

- Configure custom objects, fields, validation rules, approval processes and automation.

- Build and maintain integrations with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs.

- Design data models and implement security, access controls and sharing rules.

- Write Apex test classes, conduct code reviews and troubleshoot application issues.

- Optimize code and queries for performance and Salesforce governor limits.

- Support deployments, releases and production enhancements.

- Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams and stakeholders throughout delivery.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 4 - 6 years of relevant Salesforce development experience.

- Strong knowledge of Apex, triggers, asynchronous Apex, LWC, SOQL and SOSL.

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows and declarative configuration.

- Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce data modelling and security.

- Experience with API integrations, OAuth and Named Credentials.

- Knowledge of bulkification, exception handling and unit testing.

- Experience with Git, Salesforce CLI and deployment processes.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Good to Have :

- Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification.

- Experience with Experience Cloud, Financial Services Cloud or nCino.

- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Copado, Gearset or Azure DevOps.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.

Requirements :

- 1+ years of work experience with Banking.

- 1+ years of work experience with Salesforce.com.
