About the Role :

Mount Talent Consulting is hiring a Salesforce Tech Lead with 10 to 15 years of Salesforce development experience for a leading global IT services client, based in Hyderabad. You will lead architecture, design and delivery on package-based development, guide an offshore scrum team and act as its single point of contact.

Must-Have Skills :

- 10 to 15 years of hands-on Salesforce development

- Hands-on development of Salesforce 2nd-generation unlocked packages, including package versioning, dependencies and upgrade strategies

- SFDX CLI-driven workflows : source-driven development, scripting and automation for package-based delivery

- Scratch org-based development : org shape management, iterative development and validation in ephemeral environments

- Architecture, design and implementation using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce and declarative tools such as Lightning Flow

- Integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware and platform events

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and guide the offshore team; be the single point of contact for the scrum team

- Solution independently and guide the full scrum team in following the delivery process

- Work closely with the product team, business analysts, Salesforce administrators and global stakeholders to turn requirements into technical designs

- Customize Salesforce applications for scalability and maintainability

- Follow Salesforce governor limits, security best practices and performance standards

- Write unit tests, conduct code reviews and keep test coverage and code quality high

- Support production releases, troubleshoot issues and deliver enhancements

- Take part in Agile/Scrum ceremonies; maintain technical documentation

- Keep up with Salesforce seasonal releases and recommend feature adoption
