Duties & Responsibilities :

- Understand business requirements in the area of Project structuring, Project planning (Time planning, cost planning, Budgeting), Project execution and monitoring, Result analysis/Variance analysis and do "To be process" mapping, Gap analysis, KDS finalization, custom development object identification /RICEF list.

- Finalize requirement of each custom development object (RICEF object). Prepare and provide functional specification to Technical team to carry out development.

- Carry out functional configurations. Prepare test scripts. Do Unit testing and development testing.

- Identify integration scenarios, prepare Integration test script and do integration testing.

- Plan and provide training to Core team and users.

- Manage Master data and cutover data migration /upload.

- Provide post go live support for issues faced by users.

Minimum Qualification :

- Graduate - Engineering/Science.

Essential Requirement :

- SAP Experience - 3 - 8 yrs.

- E2E Implementation projects - At least 3 E2E implementation projects handled independently.

Technical Competencies :

- Experience of E2E onsite implementation project.

- Ability to define org structure suiting business reporting and control requirements.

- Ability to do process mapping, Gap analysis - RICEF identification, KDS finalization.

- Ability to handle configurations, provide functional specifications for RICEF, testing and deliver designed processes.

- Ability to plan and handle data migration.

- Ability to provide training and provide post go live support.
