Role Overview:

As a Senior Consultant Specialist, you will serve as a pivotal bridge between complex business requirements and high-impact technical solutions. You will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of large-scale projects, working closely with executive stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional departments to ensure that IT strategies align with long-term business objectives. This role demands a blend of architectural foresight and hands-on project management, ensuring that every system integration or process change delivers measurable value and operational stability to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect robust technical solutions that address specific business pain points, ensuring scalability and alignment with client IT roadmaps.

- Lead the full SDLC process, from initial requirement gathering and system design to final deployment and post-implementation support.

- Manage complex stakeholder relationships by translating technical constraints into business-friendly language and securing buy-in for strategic initiatives.

- Oversee project delivery timelines and resource allocation, ensuring that milestones are met within scope and budget constraints.

- Drive change management initiatives within client organizations to ensure seamless adoption of new systems and processes.

- Spearhead presales activities by developing compelling proposals, conducting technical demonstrations, and defining project scopes for prospective clients.

- Facilitate system integration projects by coordinating between disparate technical teams and ensuring data integrity across platforms.

Required Skillset:

- Proven expertise in Solution Design and Architecture, with the ability to translate high-level business needs into detailed technical specifications.

- Strong command over IT Strategy and Business Analysis, enabling the identification of process gaps and the formulation of effective improvement plans.

- Exceptional Stakeholder Management skills, with a track record of influencing decision-makers and managing expectations in high-pressure environments.

- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC, with the ability to lead teams through iterative development cycles.

- Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale projects, including risk mitigation, resource planning, and quality assurance.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for collaborating with diverse teams across our Hyderabad, Bangalore, and Pune offices.

- Minimum of 8 - 10 years of professional experience in technical consulting or a related advisory role.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, complemented by a strong analytical mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
