Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Senior .NET Developer to join our engineering hub in Hyderabad, where you will play a pivotal role in architecting and scaling high-performance enterprise applications.

In this capacity, you will lead the end-to-end development lifecycle, collaborating closely with cross-functional product teams, architects, and key stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement scalable backend services using .NET and C# to ensure high availability and performance for our global client base.

- Optimize complex database queries and stored procedures within SQL Server and ADO.NET to enhance data retrieval speeds and system efficiency.

- Orchestrate cloud-native deployments by leveraging Azure services, ensuring our infrastructure remains resilient and cost-effective.

- Streamline development workflows by implementing CI/CD pipelines within Azure DevOps to accelerate release cycles and improve code quality.

- Mentor junior engineering talent through rigorous code reviews and technical guidance to foster a culture of engineering excellence and continuous improvement.

- Partner with product managers to refine technical roadmaps, ensuring that architectural decisions align with long-term business objectives.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building enterprise-grade applications using the .NET framework and C#, with a deep understanding of object-oriented design principles.

- Proficient in managing complex data architectures using SQL Server and ADO.NET, with a proven ability to troubleshoot and tune performance bottlenecks.

- Hands-on experience in architecting solutions within the Azure ecosystem and managing automated deployment lifecycles via Azure DevOps.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and cross-functional team members.

- Proven track record of working effectively in a hybrid work environment, demonstrating self-motivation and the ability to collaborate across distributed teams.

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, complemented by 8 - 10 years of professional experience in software development.
