Role Overview :

As a Teamcenter Technical and Functional Consultant, you will act as a bridge between complex business requirements and technical PLM architecture.

You will work closely with cross-functional project teams and key client stakeholders to design, develop, and deploy scalable Teamcenter solutions.

This role is pivotal in ensuring that our clients' product data management systems are optimized for performance, security, and long-term business agility, directly influencing the efficiency of their global engineering operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement end-to-end Teamcenter solutions by translating complex business requirements into functional specifications to ensure seamless product lifecycle management.

- Lead the customization and configuration of Teamcenter environments using ITK and BMIDE to meet unique client-specific engineering workflows.

- Collaborate with global project teams to troubleshoot technical bottlenecks and provide high-level support for system upgrades and migrations.

- Design and execute data migration strategies to ensure the integrity and accessibility of critical engineering data across enterprise platforms.

- Mentor junior technical staff and conduct design reviews to maintain high standards of code quality and system performance across all project deliverables.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in Teamcenter configuration and customization, specifically utilizing BMIDE and ITK to build robust PLM frameworks.

- Strong functional knowledge of PLM processes, including Change Management, Workflow design, and Classification.

- Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and manage client expectations effectively in a consulting environment.

- Capability to work independently and lead technical workstreams across distributed teams in Bangalore, Chennai, or Hyderabad.

- Minimum of 7 - 16 years of hands-on experience in the PLM domain, with a track record of delivering successful large-scale enterprise implementations.

- A degree in Engineering or a related technical field, combined with a proactive approach to solving architectural challenges in a fast-paced environment.
