Role Overview :

As a Java Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable enterprise applications that drive business value for our global clients. You will work within cross-functional agile teams, collaborating closely with product owners, architects, and UI/UX designers to translate complex business requirements into high-performance technical solutions. This role is pivotal in ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our client's digital ecosystems, directly impacting the end-user experience and operational success of our partners.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and develop robust backend services using Java and Spring Boot to ensure high availability and performance for enterprise-grade applications.

- Build intuitive and responsive user interfaces using Angular 8 or React.js to enhance user engagement and streamline workflows.

- Design and implement microservices architecture to improve system modularity, scalability, and maintainability for large-scale client platforms.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance, ensuring seamless delivery of features.

- Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews to maintain high engineering standards and foster a culture of technical excellence within the team.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrate deep expertise in Java development and the Spring Boot framework for building scalable backend systems.

- Exhibit proficiency in modern frontend frameworks, specifically Angular 8 or React.js, to create dynamic and user-centric web applications.

- Possess a strong understanding of microservices architecture, including service discovery, API gateway patterns, and containerization.

- Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure project alignment.

- Adapt quickly to hybrid work environments in Chennai or Pune, maintaining high productivity and collaboration within distributed teams.

- Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with 6 to 11 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
