Role Overview :

We are looking for an ITO Service Delivery Consultant II with 2 - 5 years of relevant experience and skills in L2/L3 protocols, Python, testing, and automation. The role involves providing technical expertise across IT infrastructure, application infrastructure, and related services throughout the lifecycle of a deal, while ensuring alignment with contractual requirements and established technical standards.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide technical expertise across IT infrastructure, including servers and networks.

- Support application infrastructure and related services, including SAP and Business Continuity.

- Contribute to IT service delivery activities throughout the deal lifecycle.

- Ensure service delivery activities align with contractual terms and established technical standards.

- Apply knowledge of L2/L3 protocols, Python, testing, and automation in relevant technical activities.

Required Skills :

- 2 - 5 years of relevant experience.

- Knowledge of L2/L3 protocols.

- Proficiency in Python.

- Experience or knowledge of testing and automation.

- Understanding of IT infrastructure and application infrastructure.
